For thousands of families the stress starts with the first school bill

Stichting Robin makes school costs manageable. Through the Robin pass, families receive a contribution or an interest-free payment plan. Every Robin school has its own solidarity fund for this — and what goes in, goes to the pupils of that school.

How it works

1

You order the coffee you already drink

Beans, ground or capsules — same quality, at the normal market price, delivered to school.

2

You choose Stichting Robin as your cause

Set once when ordering. Every order after that automatically follows the same route.

3

10% lands in your school's fund

IMPACT pays Stichting Robin, who allocates it to your solidarity fund. There it can only be used to reduce the school bills of your own pupils.

What does that actually add up to?

Check the maths. This isn't an estimate of what you could give — it's what the coffee budget you already have produces on its own.

Staff room Coffee per school year To your fund
10 staff ± 13 boxes ± €61
25 staff ± 31 boxes ± €153
40 staff ± 50 boxes ± €245

Based on 2.5 cups per person per school day, 180 school days, 7 g per cup, and ground coffee at €48.90 per box of 10 × 250 g. Drink more, or stronger, and the figure goes up.

Traceable to the cent

Every euro that goes to a cause is live on the IMPACT tracker. Not an annual report afterwards, but a counter you can open today.

The four questions every school asks

Does this cost more?

No. IMPACT coffee costs what coffee of that quality should cost. The 10% comes out of our margin, not your budget.

Do we have to switch supplier?

Yes, and that is one order. No tender, no conversion: your machines stay exactly where they are.

Are we tied in?

No. No contract, no minimum, no notice period. You order when it suits you.

How do we pay?

On invoice, as you're used to — handy for a school that works with purchase orders.

Request your school proposal

Fill this in and you'll get a proposal tailored to your staff room within two working days: the right quantity, the price, and what it yields for your fund each year. No obligation.

Frequently asked questions

We're not a Robin school yet. Can we still do this?

Yes. Your order then supports Stichting Robin's work in general. If you'd like your own school fund, we're happy to introduce you to Robin — entirely separate from the coffee.

Who decides this with us?

Usually management or whoever runs the operating budget. If that isn't you, forward this page. That's the shortest route.

Is there more than coffee?

Yes. Alongside coffee there are soap and shampoo bars and laundry strips, under the same 10% rule.

How do we know the money arrives?

The IMPACT tracker shows live what has been raised per cause. Stichting Robin confirms the allocation to your fund.
